How we handle IPO data

Live issue figures are not yet published. The dashboard will show offer terms only with a source link to an issuer, exchange, regulator, registrar or prospectus. Subscription values will include the relevant exchange source and update time.

GMP is an unofficial observation. It is not regulated, may change quickly and is not a forecast of the listing price. When available, each observation will carry a timestamp and source review status. We will correct or withdraw values that cannot be verified.
